Drawing from research Herman Miller began conducting in the early 1990’s and that continues today, Ryan will address key topics to equip organizational leaders. How can homes better support employee work processes? How do natural light, indoor air quality, and plants contribute to a more enjoyable work experience? And how can employees avoid injury and experience greater comfort throughout their work week?
