Remote Team Essentials: How to build process and documentation into your culture
A handbook-first approach to documentation is sneakily vital to a well-run business. While it feels skippable — inefficient, even — the outsized benefits of intentionally writing down and organizing process, culture, and solutions are staggering. Conversely, avoiding structured documentation is the best way to instill a low-level sense of chaos and confusion that hampers growth across the board.

Running Remote are the organisers of the annual Premier Event for Remote-First Founders. We have been running live conferences for 500 attendees for three years in a row. The conference presents successful case studies from top remote work experts, who have scaled businesses with out an office, or with a hybrid model (part co-located).

During the tough time of CO-VID19, sadly we had no choice but to postpone our conference until September, originally set for April 20th in Austin, TX. This gave us the opportunity to organise Remote Aid – a charity event aimed at helping your organisation with remote work management practices.

In the wake of CO-VID19, when companies are struggling with remote work, we thought of organizing Remote Aid – a charity event aimed at helping your organisation with remote work management practices.

All proceedings from donations will be sent to Red Cross.
