Paid tickets to this hybrid event will be subject to a $35 processing fee, which is retained from all refunds. All tickets are non-refundable 60 days before the event. Tickets are transferrable – either in the name of the purchaser to the next virtual event or to another person for use at this event.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for transfer requests. All transfer requests must be submitted with the subject: Transfer May 2022.
Transfer requests are available up to 48 hours prior to event start time on 15 May 2022.
Due to COVID-19, you may either cancel or transfer your ticket for the Running Remote Conference 2023. The same applies in case force majeure is imposed by the host country.
Full refunds in cases of force majeure will be provided to all ticket types.
Pre-sale tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. For all other types the following policy applies:
Refund requests received less than 90 days prior to the event will incur a $35.00 administrative fee.
Request for refunds received less than 60 days before the first day of the event will not be considered.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing; telephone requests are not allowed. All refund requests must be submitted to email@example.com with the subject: “Refund”.
Letters and/or an email should be received or postmarked no later than 60 days prior to the first day of Running Remote Conference.
Refund will be processed using the payment method used during the checkout process. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. The event’s payment gateway is powered by Stripe.
No cash refunds will be processed.
If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with Running Remote Conference, someone else from the same organisation/company.
Where the ticket holder is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to the next event, then normal refund arrangements apply.
The policy as stated on this page is valid from January 2022.
