The event under this Policy is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes (except those involving the agents), civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency beyond the parties’ control including natural disasters, making it inadvisable, or impossible to perform their obligations under this Agreement.

We are closely monitoring the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus (nCov), and its potential impact on travel of our attendees. In light of the epidemic, if you are affected by the situation, you may be able to cancel or change your ticket.

Full refunds will be provided until 30 June 2020, due to the current uncertainty with the spread of Coronavirus.

Full refunds in cases of force majeure will be provided to all ticket types.

Presale tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. For all other types the following policy applies.

Refund requests received more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a $35.00 administrative fee.

Refund requests received less than 60 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing; telephone requests are not allowed. All refund requests must be submitted to [info at runningremote.com] with the subject: “Refund”.

Letters and/or an email should be received or postmarked no later than 60 days prior to the first day of Running Remote Conference.

Request for refunds received less than 60 days before the first day of the event (September 2, 2020) will not be considered.

Refund will be processed using the payment method used during the checkout process. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. The event’s payment gateway is powered by Stripe.

No cash refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be sent or credited within six weeks after the event has concluded.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with Running Remote Conference, someone else from the same organisation/company.

The ticket holder will be given the opportunity to transfer their ticket to Running Remote 2021.

Where the ticket holder is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to the next event, then normal refund arrangements apply.

The policy as stated on this page is valid from September 2019.
