From his time in the U.S. Navy, and throughout his civilian career, Jason Miller has always believed changing things for the better for just one person will ultimately make an impact on the greater good. That belief is why he feels so at home at The Clearing, where they put people at the center of everything they do — because no change or transformation can be successful without the support of the people it affects. Jason Miller leans into that mindset every day as the leader of The Clearing’s Culture Solution Area. They focus on transforming the values, principles, and behaviors for government and private sector clients and improve employee experience and drive better organizational results.
