Sara Sutton has long been passionate about helping people find jobs. Sara believes that integrating remote work can positively impact people’s lives and transform organizations to be more modern, productive, efficient, healthy, environmentally-friendly, and overall resilient given the various needs and demands going on in the world around us. In order to advance these conversations, she has also launched 1 Million for Work Flexibility and The TRaD* Works Forum.

Leah Sutton is the SVP, Global Human Resources at Elastic, a global open source software company, and responsible for all facets of HR from recruitment to business partnership. Prior to Elastic, Leah was the Senior Director of HR at Plum Organics where she was responsible for supporting the leadership team through a period of high growth and change post-acquisition by Campbell Soup Company.

Mauricio Morales is the Founder at DailyBot: a chatbot and toolkit that helps remote teams run efficiently. Mauricio has been building tech products for 15+ years and has helped investors and entrepreneurs launch startups, in Europe, US, and Latam. In 2017, he decided to take the path of bootstrapping and started building products from scratch, creating a distributed team, and including talent from all over the world. It is his mission to make remote work better and efficient, for current remote workers, and for those future generations that will be “native” remote workers.
