Rhys is Head of Remote at Oyster. Drawing on his experiences as the Founder of two fully remote companies, it is his goal to fulfil Oyster’s commitment of becoming one of the truly great distributed companies in the world. He believes that by acting as a source of knowledge and inspiration for others, we can accelerate Oyster's social mission of hiring the right person for the job, no matter where they are in the world.

Ariane Bobiash is inspired by the social impact potential of technology. As Senior Account Executive at Oyster, she helps employers tap into the global talent pool through Oyster’s Distributed Talent Enablement Platform. Having lived and worked around the world, she’s especially excited about distributed working’s potential to help increase economic equity and reduce environmental footprints.
