Jennifer Dennard, COO @ Range @Range
Jean Hsu, Vice President of Engineering @Range

How team members work together when they’re not in the same room, or even in the same time zone, affects every other aspect of business. Leveraging asynchronous communication in an effective way plays an important role in building a positive and productive remote team. Join us as we discuss the ways organizations can succeed in the new world of work by remaining flexible, embracing asynchronous communication, and encouraging culture-building connections.

Jennifer Dennard is the Founder and COO of workplace collaboration software company, Range. Global teams at Twitter, New Relic, CircleCI, and more keep their teams in sync and connected with Range. Prior to founding Range, Jen led Medium’s organizational development team. Jen has partnered and consulted with startups and multinational corporations on empowering autonomous and distributed teamwork.

Jean Hsu is the Vice President of Engineering at Range.
