Speaker: Dave Macnee, Senior Relationship Manager @ Future Forum by @Slack

For the past two+ years, people have proven that they can make remote work, work. But a hybrid future brings with it a host of challenges: When should we ask people to come into the office and for what purpose? How do we continue to build and maintain culture? How do we make sure that working flexibly doesn’t just mean always working? Future Forum’s new book, How the Future Works: Leading Flexible Teams to do the Best Work of their Lives, addresses these challenges and more through a simple 7-step process.

In this hands-on workshop, the Future Forum team will guide participants through the blueprint to redesign work for a digital-first era, drawing on real-world stories and examples from Fortune 500 executives across multiple industries. Participants will walk away with concrete solutions and practical steps for building high functioning teams of talented, engaged people by providing them with the flexibility and choice they need to do their best work.
