Sarah’s experience ranges from large-scale, publicly traded organizations to small privately-held entrepreneurial environments and has guided teams through M&As, hyper-growth periods, and wind down transformations. Sarah currently serves as the Chief People Officer and interim Chief Operating Officer for the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), an innovative business ecosystem helping visionary companies at all stages drive long-term profit with purpose.
