Marit is the co-founder and CEO of Hundred5, a candidate-screening software used by remote companies to discover whether the candidate has what it takes to do the job – as early as the beginning of the application process.
Hundred5 spun out as a separate product from Toggl, as they started hiring globally. With a rich experience in design and all things digital, previously Marit was Head of Product at the visual project management software Teamweek, another Toggl spin-off.
The three companies together now have over 100 employees from 20 different time zones – and they’re still growing.
