John Carroll is the Vice President Global Human Resources for Guest Worldwide (GWW) LLC, based in Somerset NJ.

Guest Worldwide, a Sysco company, has been the leading provider of hospitality products to the lodging industry for more than 40 years with more than 30,000 products sold in more than 25,000 well-known chains and independent properties around the globe.

Revenues exceed $1B annually and the company supports the livelihood of over 1000 employees. As the only global provider to the hotel and lodging industry, the company maintains relationships with leading hotels around the world.

Guest Worldwide operates three business units, Gilchrist & Soames, a renowned amenity manufacturer, Manchester Mills, a leading textile manufacturer, and Guest Supply, an industry-leading distributor. Manufacturing, distribution, and purchasing resources are strategically located in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, ensuring superior product selection and availability, as well as a quick and efficient response to meet virtually every need.

With over 30 years in the Human Resources field, John has a variety of multi-industry experiences with various US and global organizations such as Pinnacle Foods, Argo TurboServe, Honeywell, SAP, Nabisco, and Dun & Bradstreet.

As a senior HR business partner and leader, he has operated in both corporate and field assignments. His focus has been on bringing HR best practices and processes in the various areas of HR such as Talent Management, Leadership/Employee Development, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Compensation.

John graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a BA in Political Science. He is a Certified Six Sigma/DFSS Green Belt through Honeywell’s Six Sigma Program.
