Key figures of Running Remote Online in August

In this article

The third virtual Running Remote event has come and gone in a blink of an eye! It was fantastic to see more people from all over the globe joining our remote work tribe. To keep our community more connected, this time, we introduced new networking activities, such as roundtable discussions and social connection games, that received a lot of positive feedback.

We’ve started uploading some of the most popular talks to our Youtube channel so you can check out the Fireside chat with Sam Parr, the CEO of the Hustle, interviewed by Andrew Warner, the Founder of Mixergy, in case you missed it at the event. Sign up to our weekly digest to stay on top of the new talk recordings!

We prepared a detailed infographic with the main highlights of our August event:

We also had three giveaways from our amazing partners: the all-in-one, comprehensive HR management platform RemoteTeam.com, the live online events platform Remo, and the webcam backdrop producer Anyvoo. Curious as to who the lucky winners were?

  • Andrew Jernigan won a whole stack of handy tools for excellent video communication for the best answer to RemoteTeam.com’s survey: a Logitech webcam for pro-quality video streaming, a greenscreen photo backdrop, two packs of video lights on a tripod, and AirPods Pro. Congratulations, Andrew!
  • Jesse Gibbins will benefit from a free two-month Remo Producer Plan for his outstanding participation in roundtable discussions. Now you can have your own virtual event!
  • Greg Hahn and Adam Hayes both won a webcam backdrop from Anyvoo for making the most connections. These backdrops will take your video calls to the next level!

With the help of our sponsors, we’re preparing more goodies for you at our next event on November 18, so don’t miss out on your chance to win them.

Registration for our next event is free until October 18. After this date, an event pass can be purchased at $49. All event attendees get access to all talk recordings for three months after the event. Make the two click now to get a free access to this top-class content!
