In this interactive and participatory workshop, Douglas will share insights and tools from Voltage Control’s Change Programs designed to help organizations humanize, scale, and sustain change.
You’ll have the opportunity to build your own Change Journey Map to help guide you on your path. Then, you’ll have an opportunity to learn from fellow attendees as everyone shares their maps in small groups while Douglas coaches and provides live feedback.
We’ll also have time to unpack some of the challenges and roadblocks that impede your path.
