He’s worked remotely since 2013 in different capacities: for a Fortune 50 company, multiple start-ups, and his own businesses. His unique experiences have enabled him to help thousands of remote job seekers with his methodologies to find success in their search. He’s the author of Remote for Life, Founder of The Remote Job Club, and in-demand international keynote speaker. Jordan has lived and worked in 15+ countries on 5 continents and commits time and 10% of his company’s profits to organizations helping refugees find remote work.

Jen Rhymer is a Research Partner at The Work Innovation Lab by Asana where she engages with questions related to distributed organizations and the future of work. The Work Innovation Lab provides business leaders with actionable insights by connecting the challenges businesses are facing today with current and rigorous research.

In this role she is currently exploring the policies of hybrid companies. Jen is also a professor in the strategy and entrepreneurship group at the University College London (UCL) School of Management where she teaches in both the Entrepreneurship and Business and Sustainability masters programs. Her research is grounded in organizational design with a particular focus on the impact of emerging technologies and geography.

Some of her current projects include how to build and maintain connections among distributed employees as well as why the adoption of remote work is limited. Recently she published the paper, “Location Independent Organizations: Designing Collaboration across Space and Time”, which examines two patterns of asynchronous work and the corresponding enabling practices.

As an advocate for sustainable organizations, she has been invited to engage directly with various organizations, sharing her research and discussing specific challenges; she also is regularly an expert resource for future of work articles in outlets such as The New York Times, BBC News, and on NPR.

Over the past 20 years, Jehan has provided outsourcing services and strategy consulting to Fortune 50 and small businesses while at Deloitte Consulting and now Noon Dalton. As the founder of three companies over the last four years, Jehan understands the challenges businesses face and how to leverage outsourced resources to grow. Jehan holds an MBA and an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

Edward Dalton is the Founding Partner and CEO of Noon Dalton, a workforce outsourcing company with offices in London, Miami, Denver, New York, Cebu, Pristina, and Udaipur. Edward has significant experience in supplying remote staff to companies of all kinds, and he uses his insights to provide Noon Dalton’s clients with valuable advice. He continually fine-tunes strategy and encourages staff to develop new proposals that will benefit the team. Fresh ideas, paired with a strong foundation in consulting and remote team management, ensure that the firm’s customer relationships stay strong. Edward sits on the board and is a member of YPO, the Virtual Advisory Board, and served as Membership Chair of the London Board of Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
