Today, I lead Cascade Insights as the company’s CEO. In this role, I’m fortunate to lead a team of exceptional professionals who specialize in B2B market research, competitive analysis and marketing strategy for tech giants and startups alike. I also have been running remote companies for over 25 years—long before it was mainstream. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to build, manage, and grow distributed teams while maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Lastly, I am passionate about mentoring and educating business professionals, whether they are clients, colleagues, or students. This includes teaching MBA students at Willamette University, where I taught industry analysis and competitive intelligence courses. Currently I’m also currently an adjunct instructor at George Fox University teaching courses focused on the application of GenAI to various business roles.
