Rosie Sargeant is a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and an Ambassador at BCG’s internal think tank, the BCG Henderson Institute, where her research focuses on making flexible work models work better for everyone – employers and employees alike.
Prior to BCG, Rosie was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Outside of work, she practises and teaches yoga and loves exploring the great outdoors.
