Previously he was Head of Product at Mimi Hearing Technologies, where he led culture development as the team grew from 6 to 65 employees.
Throughout his career he struggled to come to terms with the assumed polarity between remote work & building a strong company culture. Eventually, he decided to take matters in his own hands & founded Atium, with the vision to enable more teams to benefit from remote work without the fear of having to compromise on culture.
