Elena Fadeeva has 15 years experience in senior management roles in international B2C, D2C and B2B companies. She has helped companies set up, and led new business functions that delivered sales and profit growth, and operational efficiency. She is an expert in strategy development and implementation, and possesses a combination of strategic thinking and excellence in execution. She is an enthusiastic relationship builder.
After having worked with consumer goods at such brands like Coca Cola, Oriflame and Dyson, in 2019 she joined Digital banking at Swedbank, one of the biggest retail bank in Sweden and Baltics. Currently Elena is leading Digital channel experience operations team, one of the units in Digital banking and IT.

Elena has long experience of leading international and cross-functional teams on global and regional level and during her career worked with CIS, Europe, US, Australia, LA and Asia markets.
She has completed MBA program at Stockholm School of Economics in 2008, and earned Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University in 2014.
