Bryce Maddock is the Co-founder and CEO of TaskUs, the world’s leading digital customer experience outsourcing company.
He leads the company’s international operations with a focus on building an unrivaled employee experience, believing that an incredible employee experience empowers TaskUs to attract and retain the best talent and deliver superior results to clients.
Bryce started TaskUs with his best friend from high school, Jaspar Weir. At the age of 22, the duo invested their combined life savings of less than $20,000 to build what they thought would be the world’s best virtual assistant company. After struggling to find product market fit (and living with their parents) for the first few years, they pivoted their focus to outsourcing for rapidly growing startup companies. Through a combination of luck and hard work, TaskUs has grown to become the world’s leading outsourcing provider for digital customer experience, content moderation and content annotation for machine learning. Today, TaskUs is the fastest growing company in the outsourcing industry with over 15,000 global employees.
Over the course of his professional career, Bryce has been called one of “America’s 100 Best CEOs” by USA Today (#21), one of the “Top Twenty Entrepreneurs in Their Twenties” by the Los Angeles Business Journal and one of the “Top 30 Under 30” by Inc. Bryce won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017 and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNN, Fast Company, Wired, The Los Angeles Times, and Men’s Health.
Bryce lives in Austin, Texas with his girlfriend Kathleen and their French Bulldog, Mr. Carter. He graduated from New York University Summa Cum Laude with a degree in International Relations. In his spare time, Bryce competes in marathons and Ironman triathlons.
