Gala Dinner 2022
Last year we celebrated the winners at the gala dinner in Montreal during the Running Remote conference.
During the ceremony the members of our judging panel explained their choice when selecting the winners and the winners shared the details of their journey of building an outstanding remote culture.

You can be hybrid or 100% remote. The minimum company size is 9 full-time employees.

Here we recognise the Enterprise with the most sustainable hybrid working model. This award will go to a company that has implemented best practices as routine, and made flexible workplaces a key value in its culture
1 Clear evidence of sustainability and scalability of the remote-friendly / hybrid work model used in the organization and how it’s made the integral part of the company’s culture.
2Â The detailed description of the best practices and work process put in place in order to foster the efficiency of remote work and employee career development and engagement.
3Â Qualitative and quantitative metrics highlighting the positive impact of remote work model on the business, team performance, and employee satisfaction.
Remarkable Employee Onboarding
This award recognises the Enterprise with the most remarkable hybrid or remote employee onboarding record. Judges will assess the processes used to integrate new employees into the company culture and workflow.

Flexible Workplace Awards 2024 Ceremony

Participation in Flexible Workplace Awards is free this year. This is a great opportunity to get your company listed among the leaders of remote work industry at no cost.
Each application form consists of 8-12 questions that can be answered in an open form.Â
The questions contain the guidance on what we’d like to see in a winner and you decide what to highlight based on your company’s best practices.
In the end of each application you also have an opportunity to support your submission with any additional files including video testimonials, the results of internal surveys, company reports, etc.
You can apply for as many categories as you’d like. Please make sure your company size corresponds to the category requirements.
We have four categories for Enterprise companies (1,000+ employees) and four categories for SMBs (9-99 employees.)
No, all questions can be answered by your HR or PR department in an essay form as long as you provide compelling proofs.
You can attach employees’ testimonials in the form of video interviews or internal survey results to your submission but this is optional.
Gala ceremony that will take place at Running Remote conference 2024 and it is a great opportunity to network and build meaningful connections with other industry leaders.
However if you cannot attend — don’t worry! If your company wins in certain category, it will still get brand exposure as a winner at the event and in our digital campaign. You will be able to join the ceremony and the winners panel discussion at the conference next day virtually.
