Stacey Nordwall is VP of People Strategy at Pyn, a platform built to help distributed teams design and deliver better employee experiences at scale. She brings deep people operations expertise from over a decade leading HR functions at high-growth tech companies, including Culture Amp, where she helped build and scale the people team from Series A through Series E.
At Pyn, Stacey focuses on the distributed employee journey – designing the communications, programs, and systems that make remote and hybrid work actually work. She has authored resources used widely across the HR community, including a Guide to Inclusive and Equitable Workplace Communications and the 50 Over 50 Women in Tech list. She also advises HR tech companies and hosts the Toot or Boot podcast, applying a sharp operator’s eye to emerging trends in the people space.
Stacey holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California and a BA in Psychology and Communication from Stanford University.
