Matthijs Keij is the Chief Executive Officer at Withlocals, an international experiential company that connects people to local hosts who offer private, personalised tours from all over the world.
To empower the team and get Withlocals through the most challenging period in its history, and most importantly, realize the company’s mission of connecting people with cultures, Matthijs led the development and launch of a new product. “Withlocals for Business” is a platform that provides highly engaging and interactive virtual experiences for companies that aim to build great cultures.
Before Withlocals he founded companies in online marketing and technology and led them to a successful exit. That said, there’s more to life than just business. Together with his wife and two sons, Matthijs lives in Nuenen, a beautiful village in the Netherlands (close to Eindhoven) that was once home to Vincent van Gogh.
