Grow Remote connects remote workers, companies, and local communities so that people can choose to work where they want to live, and not vice versa.

They are a bunch of people who believe remote work is a powerful tool for community development. They are mostly interested in rural areas and permanent (employed) remote work.

Tracy also works as the Innovation Community Manager at Bank of Ireland.
