Sacha brings 18 years of business leadership experience spanning marketing, sales, and new product innovation, including 15 years leading hybrid and distributed teams while working fully remote. As one of the first remote marketing directors at The Clorox Company, Sacha led brands worth $250M+ and became the first fully remote member of the leadership team for a $1B business unit. Since launching Virtual Work Insider in 2018, her team has delivered 400+ workshops, executive team sessions, and speaking engagements for audiences of 10 to 1,000+ across industries, including Sephora, Toyota, Eventbrite, Vanguard, Under Armour, and Optum Health.
