Nadia Alaee leads the HR Business Partnership team at Deel. Nadia and her team develop deep partnerships with Deel’s leaders to support, engage and grow their teams. She partners closely with stakeholders across the organization and the People Team to ensure team members have the best experience from onboarding and through their tenure at Deel.
Nadia has worked in big tech but found her niche in the startup space, where she can build and scale organizations from zero to a hundred. When she is not building Deel’s programs, processes, and policies for Deel’s growing team, Nadia loves spending time outside on long walks or hikes with her favorite podcasts. Nadia also loves interior design, a healthy lifestyle, traveling (especially to her favorite place, Hawaii), fashion, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
