@Pointer Remote Roles

Jo Palmer is the owner and founder of Pointer Remote Roles, 2019 AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award National winner and Ambassador for Flexible Work Day.

Jo is passionate about championing the innovation and identity of regional Australia and facilitating access to meaningful employment and giving businesses access to the skills needed in organisations.

She founded Pointer Remote Roles upon seeing a gap in the market for connecting employers with the educated and talented candidates available in regional, rural and remote areas.

Pointer Remote Roles is a remote workforce solution that builds capacity in organisations and individuals to capitalise on remote work and distributed teams.

A resource for employers planning to innovate and make upcoming roles available remotely and a hub for professionals looking to better integrate work and life.
