Fiona Lideza

Chief Operating Officer
@Staff Virtual

Fiona Lideza is the Chief Operating Officer of STAFFVIRTUAL.

Fiona started her career as a customer support representative for Amazon when she was 18 years old. This is where she established the foundations of her professional career where she was trained with the value of customer service. Fiona worked as a call-center agent for a couple of years until she decided to explore remote work. She then worked as a freelancer for two years where she got to learn all of the ins and outs of remote work. She handled various accounts from e-commerce, retail, IT, logistics, and fashion.

After two years of working as a virtual assistant, Fiona felt the need to get back into the office environment and applied at an Australian BPO where she was hired as a Sales Officer. During her first year on the job and at 21 years old, she sold over 2 million dollars in contracts and was eventually promoted as Sales and Marketing Director. She was sent to Australia to represent the company at business conferences where she was a keynote speaker, promoting outsourcing to 500 entrepreneurs. At the age of 22, Fiona sold over 5 million dollars of BPO sales and helped a company of 100 employees grow to 500 with two branches in the Philippines. The following year, Fiona met Ike Stranathan, who happened to run his own small BPO. They eventually join forces and have grown STAFFVIRTUAL to a 500-person BPO. When the pandemic started, the company made a bold decision to officially become a ‘remote’ first organization, dispersing their workforce across the Philippines.

Fiona is also an advocate for ‘Women Empowerment’ and is a proud mom to a two year old. She is also an entrepreneur and a member of the Philippine Fashion Coalition where she provides livelihood for single moms and the LGBTQ+ community.

To date, STAFFVIRTUAL has employed thousands of employees across the country, from the northernmost part all the way to the south. STAFFVIRTUAL aims to help companies around the world in future proofing their business by developing proven and tested remote management methodologies, taking into consideration enterprise grade management, equipments, IT support and cybersecurity, as well as business continuity plans to strategically help companies grow without the pains and headaches of remote management.

Fiona is also an advocate for ‘Women Empowerment’ and is a proud mom to a two year old. She is also an entrepreneur and a member of the Philippine Fashion Coalition where she provides livelihood for single moms and the LGBTQ+ community.
