Rob was originally trained as a Medical Doctor and worked 3 years in hospitals in Australia.
He has always had the desire to start and build his own business and started several businesses even during the time when he was studying medicine.
Rob became interested in Internet businesses and had a number startups including: An online mapping site, a myspace profiling site, a limousine directory, travel websites, a created and sold various types of software, an online advertising agency, an online search engine optimization agency, a competitor to WhatsApp and even a site designed to train individuals to improve their lie detection skills!
He is now the founder of Staff.com which is software for actionable productivity metrics and Timedoctor.com which is a time tracking and productivity for remote teams.
