Rhys is Head of Remote at Oyster. Drawing on his experiences as the Founder of two fully remote companies, it is his goal to fulfil Oyster’s commitment of becoming one of the truly great distributed companies in the world. He believes that by acting as a source of knowledge and inspiration for others, we can accelerate Oyster’s social mission of hiring the right person for the job, no matter where they are in the world.
