We recommend dropping in at the Pestana Palace Palace Hotel on Monday, 24th of April between 6pm and 9pm (even if you are staying somewhere else). We’ll be hosting an early networking event so it's a great chance to meet other attendees, organizers, and speakers before the conference starts. You can also check in & pick up your badge!
During the event, we will have sessions running in parallel across two stages: Deep Dive Stage and Radical Stage. Please check the event schedule and decide which sessions you are interested in attending so you can plan your day in advance. The schedule can also be accessed via the Bizzabo app.
The two stages are connected by a mini-footbridge overlooking the river so you can easily join in on a different session at any time. If you do so, please make sure you enter the rooms quietly without disturbing other attendees.
If you are in your hotel room you can watch the live stream via the Bizzabo app.
We’re kicking off the 2023 Running Remote conference with a Networking Reception at our official conference hotel, Pestana Palace!
Even if you won’t be staying at the hotel, join us from 6.00pm on Monday, April 24th, and meet fellow attendees without having to rush from one session to the next.
Just look out for signages with the Running Remote logo!
You can also check in on that day & pick up your badge to avoid queuing on Tuesday morning.
This year, we’ve rounded up 23+ incredible partners to support Running Remote!
Many of our sponsors offer specific products and services related to remote team management and location-independent working. You can visit the booths whenever you want or at dedicated sessions throughout the day, and you can always find out about the current deals via the Bizzabo app. There will be brand representatives within the booth to answer any questions you have.
Check out the sponsor booths on the Bizzabo app.
It’s worth arriving early if you can! Lisbon is one of most up-and-coming capital cities and is fast becoming a favourite spot for remote workers from around the world.
Named the city of seven hills by the Romans after its similarity to Rome, Lisbon is also known as the San Francisco of Europe.
Home to historical sites, breathtaking scenery, traditional fado music, sunny climate, and some of the best seafood in the world, you won’t be bored here!
We prepared a short, alternative guide for you to explore the city.
If you are a Running Remote community member we’d love if you join us for the special community meetup on Sunday, 23rd April. More details can be found in the community Slack workspace.
Starting with an opening party before the conference on Monday, 24th April, followed by a networking event after the first day of the event, ending with a closing party on the second day – there will be plenty of time to meet each other.
For those who like to start their day actively there will be morning runs that start at 6am, on both days of the conference. You can find starting and ending point of the runs at the Schedule page.
There will be a structured networking opportunity at the Deep Dive stage on Wednesday, 26th April at 4.40pm. You find more information in the Bizzabo app about it.
