Yes we will be offering virtual tickets and these will be available to book from the beginning of March.
You may switch to a virtual ticket from the beginning of March when the virtual tickets become available. Please contact Sarah Frost, Event Operations Manager for more information or to switch your ticket.
In the event that you need to cancel your ticket the options are to either transfer your ticket to a virtual pass or to obtain a 15% refund if cancelled 60 days or more out, if cancelled less than 30 days out the balance paid will not be refundable
All travel information as well as your proof of vaccination, in either French or English, have to be uploaded in ArriveCAN within 72 hours of travel. ArriveCAN is available to download as a mobile app or you can create an account online.
Fully vaccinated travellers will not need a post-arrival test but could be randomly selected to complete a Day 1 COVID-19 molecular test.
The local sanitary rules require that everyone wear a mask or face covering when indoors in public spaces, in taxis, limos and public transportation and whenever a one metre (3 feet) distance cannot be maintained. Once seated, it is possible to remove the face covering or mask.
As of September 1st, 2021, Québec requires its residents to have a Vaccination Passport to gain admittance to certain locations and certain non-essential activities where the risk of transmission is high. These include events and festivals, performance halls and sports arenas, casinos, cinemas, fitness centres, team sports, bars, restaurants, and certain extracurricular activities. Visitors will not be required to have a Vaccination Passport. Be prepared to show your proof of vaccination when you enter a restaurant (including the hotel restaurant), a gym (including the hotel gym), the hotel pool and when you enter the conference/event site. You will not need to show a proof of vaccination when entering a hotel or a museum.
We recommend that you call your insurer before planning your trip. Should your personal insurance not include COVID-related instances and you wish to have coverage while travelling, travel cancellation/interruption and medical coverage can be purchased via our insurance partner.
