She has held influential positions, including VP of People & Culture, CHRO, and Head of Talent at leading companies like T-Mobile and HP Enterprise, where she shaped corporate cultures and spearheaded talent initiatives from ground-up to enterprise scale. In her latest role at X, the Moonshot Factory, she leads Global Talent and Human Experience Design teams, setting new industry benchmarks. Beyond the corporate world, AJ is the founder of the Infuse Program Foundation, which supports underrepresented youth, and BrainCandy Labs, where she advises and empowers through education and innovation.
