Heetch is a ride-sharing app targeted at late night transportation seekers, offering an alternative to taxis. Today, it has thousands of daily rides in France, Belgium, and Morocco.
Heetch is an urban mobility app providing the coolest ride experiences to enjoy in big cities.
Teddy Pellerin and Jacob Matthieu launched Heetch in 2013 because they wanted to explore the rising alternative nightlife in Parisian suburbs. Since they needed a ride, we simply created a ride-sharing app full of good vibes, music, and candy… Pretty simple, don’t you think? Their goal was to enable a whole generation to express themselves through partying, socialising and exploring a town’s possibilities. They aimed to provide a mobility solution allowing people to move around the city in an affordable yet reliable way by turning a moment as simple as a ride into an unexpectedly positive experience. 6 years later, a few things have changed: they are now operating in 3 different countries and count more than 2 million users…
Today, it has thousands of daily rides in France, Belgium, and Morocco. Nevertheless, making each ride experience unique for passengers and fairer for drivers is still their daily challenge. They offer VTC, LVC, taxi or moto-taxi services in several countries. Heetch drivers are available around the clock when public transit lets you down. Heetch displays price estimates before you order and give you the option to choose your favorite payment method! Heetch shakes things up – they value their drivers, and offer them fair commission rates on their rides. Their mission? Put conviviality and proximity at the heart of our product. At Heetch they build a friendly app to make mobility more accessible and turn tech into human solution.
The company is backed by €54 million raised from Cathay Innovation, Total Ventures, and Felix Capital and is part of the #FrenchTech120.
