Rachel Russell is the Flexible Work Lead at Microsoft leading the effort to evolve Microsoft’s approach to flexibility with a focus on creating an environment where employees can do their best work.
She began her career in non-profit and after getting her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, joined Microsoft. Rachel has held various roles at Microsoft including product marketing, employee and executive communications, change management, and human resources.
Rachel is based in Seattle, WA and splits her time between a home office and her office on Microsoft’s Redmond campus, with a flexible schedule that enables her to work effectively in a global company and as a parent to small children.
