Mathilde Fouque, is a Senior Program Leader in the Corporate Talent team (Performance management, Leadership and Culture) at General Electric. Mathilde has visited 33 countries across the world and more recently have discovered 29 American states and 15 US National Parks thanks to her digital nomad lifestyle.
Mathilde relocated from Paris to Cincinnati, Ohio in 2016, making the US the 6th country in which she has lived in after Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Canada and France. She received her Graduate Certificate majoring in Project Management and Operational Performance at Auckland University of Technology and her Masters majoring in Financial Audit, at Bordeaux Business school in France. After spending 10 years in various Finance roles in Alstom Power and then GE in controllership, she took a 180-degre turn and joined the HR organization. Through these experiences, she acquired key competencies in Program Management, Performance Management, Talent & Executive development, workshop Facilitation, Analytics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) applied to support functions (Finance, HR), 6 sigma, LEAN, Financial audit, Project Controlling, Controllership, Internal audit and Internal control.
