Mandy McNamar is Engineering Senior Manager at Raytheon Technologies within the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) business unit. Mandy is a Department Leader responsible for leading a large, hybrid, engineering team of 150 people focused on Systems Integration & Test. She is also the RMD Engineering Diversity Equity & Inclusion lead. Mandy has been with the company since 2001 and has held technical and functional leadership roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career. Mandy is known for her strong collaboration and efforts to build strong technical teams.
Mandy earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Merrimack College and her Master’s in System Engineering from Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering.
