Connie is Sr. Director, Employee Experience at G-P. With over 15 years of experience in the talent optimization space, Connie has expertise from various industries including financial services, HR consulting, and logistics. She joined G-P in 2022 to lead internal talent programs across the globe and currently leads the employee experience function, including all elements of talent strategy, enterprise learning, culture and inclusion. Connie’s work is driven by a pursuit to turn uncertainty into opportunity and the belief that bringing out the best in all of us is an ongoing journey with no end in sight. A native of Argentina, she now resides in Key Largo, Florida with her family and rescue pup, Chewy.
