As a former VP of People & Culture, CHRO, and Head of Talent at renowned firms like T-Mobile and HP Enterprise, she’s shaped corporate cultures and driven talent initiatives that have created massive impact from 0 to 1 builds and enterprise scale. In her most recent role leading the Global Talent and Human Experience Design teams at X, the Moonshot Factory, AJ continues to redefine industry standards. Her commitment extends beyond the corporate realm as the founder of Infuse Program Foundation, aimed at nurturing underrepresented youth, and BrainCandy Labs, where she advises and empowers through education and innovation in the new world of work.
