About

Roberta Sawatzky is a creative business collaborator committed to meaningful research and effective teaching both in a co-located and distributed working model.

Armed with a Masters in Leadership and Management, Roberta’s career has afforded her the opportunity to be in leadership and training roles in both non-profit, and for-profit organizations, as well as the world of academia.

As well as being a professor of Human Resources and Management at Okanagan College School of Business, Roberta is a coach/consultant. Her area of research and coaching focuses on Remote Work, specifically looking at the competencies and personality traits necessary for success.
