About the expert

Melissa is the Director of Business Operations at Hotjar. She joined as a Financial Analyst in 2016 when the team was 20 people and there were no financial processes in place. 

She has helped put in place financial and operational processes as the Hotjar team has grown. 

Her team is responsible for projects, processes, tools and meet-ups that the whole company uses or where there are multiple stakeholders across the company.
