The dedicated workstation package includes 30 hours of conference room space and a reserved desk. The private offices come with 30 hours of conference rooms per desk, cleaning service, ethernet port/phone, and an office key.

Along with those packages, Fields Corner Business Lab has a day pass and a part time membership. CIC membership will earn a discounted membership to Fab@CICFab@CIC is a creative dspace where people can connect, collaborate, and learn over a cup of coffee. They have Community and Team membership levels. Community levels include 24/7 access to Fab@CIC, discounted tickets to paid Fab@CIC workshops and events, basic desktop materials and prototyping supplies such as vinyl, filament, and plywood, and unmetered equipment bookings.

Team membership includes all of that plus individuals can rotate on a month to month basis. Fab@CIC is a member of Design Town, CICBoston’s cowork community for creative individuals. There is a two tier membership – Coworking Desk and Dedicated Desk.

They have access to everything CIC  has to offer. Coworking Desk members also have access to communal hot desk, and a private cubby for storage. The Dedicated Desk membership offers mail folder and concierge services and a private desk, file cabinet, and phone.

 Inc.ubate Coworking

They offer different levels of membership including monthly unlimited access, one day a week, two to three days a week, and a graduate student rate.

This coworking space has flexible coworking memberships so you can have a life and work too. They offer different membership levels including community, flex, starter, all access, executive, and private offices.

Community memberships include mail and storage options, one work day per month, online Workbar network access, and $10 credit for phone and meeting room time.

Flex membership includes that plus seven days or ten half days or unlimited nights and weekends, standard print package, $100 monthly credit for phone and meeting room time, off hours privileges, and one guest pass per month.

Those membership levels were part time membership levels. Full time membership levels include the Starter level. This level includes mail and storage options, unlimited coworking, off hours privileges, and real time meeting room booking at member rates.

The All Access membership level includes Workbar network access, unlimited coworking, mail and storage options, $250 monthly credit for phone and meeting room time, standard print package, off hours privileges, and two guest passes a month.

The Village Works also offers private offices for one to four people. With two locations in the BostonBack Bay area Oficio offers different coworking membership levels.

They have a some time plan and a full time plan in their BostonBack Bay location. There are many different seating locations including widow seat, comfy lounge chair, standing desk, private workstation, and a community table.

Amenities at Oficio include filtered hot/cold water, access to any of their coworking spaces, coffee and espresso, secure wifi, copy/print/fax/scan, phone booths, and private bathrooms. Additional services include a storage locker, business mailing address, or conference room access.

Dedicated Desk option includes access to your own desk, comfy chair, monitors, and storage/filing cabinets. The dedicated desks are located at 129 Newbury and are in the boutique area with access to meeting rooms, nearby lounges, and liquor carts.

Oficio also offers private offices for one to six people.

Private offices, located at 129 Newbury,  include glass mark-up walls, 24/7 access, private phone booths, high speed wifi, private bathrooms, business mailing services, fully equipped meeting and conference rooms, and more. The Yard

The Yard is located in Boston’s Back Bay area.

They offer coworking, dedicated desks, and private offices.

Their Open Coworking membership includes 24/7 access, about ten complementary pages of color printing per month, eight complimentary conference room credits per month, and about 100 complementary pages of black and white printing per month.

The Dedicated Desk membership gives you your own desk plus these benefits the same benefits as the Open Coworking membership but with a bump to 16 complimentary conference room credits per month.

With the Private Office membership level you will receive a quiet lockable space for your business.

District Hall

District Hall is a free coworking space. It also has an event space for rent.

The coworking space includes Brew cafe, free wifi, writable walls, and integrated power tables. Hours are posted on their website. There are no membership levels or fees at District Hall. This is a first come, first serve location which does occasionally close during the day for events.

C3
