We are so excited to have you join the Running Remote conference in Lisbon, Portugal!
We prepared this guide to help you make the most of your time at the event and guarantee you have a smooth, memorable experience.

Here’s what to do:

Log into the Platform or via the Bizzabo mobile app to complete your profile and add topics.

Complete your profile, add your topics and join Braindate Topics you find interesting on the Topic Market.

During event
Once Running Remote 2024 begins, you’ll connect with your braindates on-site in the Braindate Lounge. Our Learning Concierges will be available to assist you in the Lounge!

22 April: Enterprise Academy
Pestana Palace Hotel offers an auditorium in it’s historic 19c. building to host the Runnnig Remote Enterprise Academy 2024. This is also one of the hotels we recommend you to stay at during your stay in Lisbon for the conference (see more below). It’s an ideal location for exploring Lisbon’s rich history and culture.

23-24 April: Main Conference
The premium SUD Lisboa, is Lisbon’s most unique venue space, located just 10mins away from the city centre. Overlooking the Tagus river, with stunning views of the 25 de Abril Bridge and Cristo Rei, the venue features two adjacent buildings with ample halls, picturesque terraces, and an infinity pool.

Pro Tip:
We recommend dropping in at the Pestana Palace Palace Hotel on Monday, 22nd of April between 6.30pm and 9pm (even if you are staying somewhere else). We’ll be hosting a networking reception so it's a great chance to meet other attendees, organizers, and speakers before the conference starts. You can also check in & pick up your badge!
Review schedule & decide which sessions to attend 📝
During the event, we will have sessions running in parallel across two stages: Deep Dive Stage and Radical Stage. Please check the event schedule and decide which sessions you are interested in attending so you can plan your day in advance. The schedule can also be accessed via the Bizzabo app.
The two stages are connected by a mini-footbridge overlooking the river so you can easily join in on a different session at any time. If you do so, please make sure you enter the rooms quietly without disturbing other attendees.

We’re kicking off the 2024 Running Remote conference with a Networking Reception at Pestana Palace – Stables!

Networking parties
Starting with an opening party before the conference on Monday, 22nd April, followed by a networking event after the first day of the event, ending with a closing party on the second day – there will be plenty of time to meet each other.
